I had to make a return and it was way quicker and easier than I expected!!! The whole process was simple from start to finish, and I didn’t have any hassle at all!!!

I really like that I can use this to practice indoors, especially when I don’t want to head outside just for a quick session. It’s not completely silent, so people nearby might still notice a bit of noise, but it’s definitely way less annoying than I expected. Overall, it makes practicing at home a lot easier and more convenient

I ordered from birdieball and the actual product was totally fine, which is mostly what I cared about. The main thing I noticed was the packaging, the box showed up looking banged up, and some of the packing inside had shifted around. Nothing seemed damaged, thankfully, so I didn’t worry too much about the smaller stuff. Still, the packaging didn’t feel as secure as I’d expect. Overall, it was an okay experience, not bad, but nothing that really impressed me either.

I ordered from BirdieBall mainly because I wanted a putting mat in a specific size and layout. They definitely have a lot of options, which I appreciated, and it was nice being able to choose the length and a few details. That said, the custom setup on the site felt kind of confusing to me, and there were a couple times where I wasn’t totally sure what I was actually selecting. Maybe they assume people already know exactly what they want, but I had to go back and double-check things a few times. In the end, the mat turned out fine, just not as smooth of a process as I was hoping for. I’d consider ordering again, but I’d be extra careful reviewing everything before checking out.

That said, it took longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. They kept me updated along the way, and the box arrived in good shape, which I always appreciate because it shows they’re doing things the right way. I’m giving 4 stars only because it sat for a day before moving, but once it got going, it showed up quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the order and feel like they handled it fairly

The order showed up exactly as it should, and nothing was missing. It was all simple and easy, which I appreciated. I was expecting there might be some kind of issue that would need an apology, but everything went fine.

The speed is okay, but it definitely varies a bit depending on when I’m using it. Sometimes it works just fine, and other times it slows down more than I expected, which was kind of annoying. That part was weird, but overall it still gets the job done.

It works okay and does what it’s supposed to do, but the design feels a little clunky to me. Compared to similar products I’ve used before, this one just isn’t as smooth or easy to use as I was expecting. It’s not bad, but I wish the overall experience felt more polished

This feels incredibly true off the face, like it’s almost impossible not to notice. I’m 100% convinced it helped my putting a ton. My rolls feel cleaner, my distance control feels better, and I don’t see myself going back.

For me, the birdieball has been great for messing around in the backyard. It feels enough like a real shot to make practice useful, but it doesn’t take off so far that I’m stressing about losing it or hitting something. I mostly use them after work when I just want to get a few swings in, and so far they’ve held up well on the grass and even some rougher spots in the yard

I got this as a gift for my dad, and he liked it well enough. I’m not totally convinced it’s something everyone would actually use a lot, though. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing, but at least it showed up without turning into a whole hassle.

Checkout was quick and simple. I didn’t have to think too much, which I always appreciate, and everything just kind of moved along smoothly. Also, the steps were easy to follow, so yeah, no complaints there.

The store is okay overall. I went in the other day, or maybe it was last week, I’m not sure, but the experience was average. Nothing really bad happened, it just felt a bit awkward at times, like the layout or the vibe made it harder than it needed to be. I’d probably still go back if I needed something, but it wasn’t the smoothest visit...

I ordered from birdieball.com and the sizing ended up being pretty much exactly what I expected. I always worry a bit about ordering online because sizes can be off, but this fit right the first time with no guessing game and no need to deal with a return. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

It works fine, honestly. I don’t really have any big complaints, but the price does feel kinda high for what you’re getting. It’s not bad or anything, just doesn’t feel like the best value to me
